Larry became fascinated with radio & music at an early age. (it's rumored that he used to "borrow" his big sisters' 45 collection and spin them on his "Close 'N Play" at the tender age of 4) In 1984, Larry began his broadcasting career in his hometown of Wisconsin Rapids, board-oping Packer games & syndicated programming which lead to weekend & fill-in on-air work, and, after paying his dues, "a full time airshift" making stops in Merrill, Wausau, Stevens Point, Oshkosh & Neenah and, now, in Waupaca, working various formats through the years.

Working all day parts (yes, even the graveyard shift for more than a year -- UGGH!) He has held titles including Assistant Program Director and Operations Manager.

Larry has also had the opportunity to rub elbows with a number of big name celebrities such as Brett Favre, Bill Cosby, Kenny Rogers, Mitch Ryder, Gary Lewis, The Beach Boys, Foghat and actress Kathy Kinney of the Drew Carey Show.

In his spare time, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Jo, being outdoors, traveling and adding to his collection of music.
